Reviewer Guideline

A double-blind peer review process is carried out when evaluating articles of the International Journal of Global Politics and Public Administration. The identities of the referee and author(s) who made the evaluation are kept confidential. Confidentiality continues throughout the evaluation process.

Articles submitted to the International Journal of Global Politics and Public Administration are evaluated by at least two referees. If one of the referees expresses a negative opinion and the other gives a positive opinion, the Editorial Board conducts a detailed review of the referee evaluations; directs the article to a third referee or returns it to the author. In order for the article to be published, at least two referees must express positive opinions. All evaluation processes are carried out through the system.
